Cultivar Description:

The #5 had the most candy-like nose of the phenos we considered keeping. She generally smells a bit brighter than the #10 and has a slightly more energizing effect while retaining some sourdough-fuel notes. This cultivar grew to be the tallest and most vigorous plants on the farm last year.

Batch Notes:

This batch has the raspberry kombucha character we are used to smelling from the SS#5 with some of the sourdough and fuel notes also coming through more than usual. We took extra care in the harvest process with this batch.
