Cultivar Description:

The #5 had the most candy-like nose of the phenos we considered keeping. She generally smells a bit brighter than the #10 and has a slightly more energizing effect while retaining some sourdough-fuel notes.

Batch Notes:

This hand bucked cold cure had an astringent fruit and earth nose to it. The SS#5 is always very clean and this one is particularly wet.
